If I remember correctly, his first talents diseases were causing a few issues on the trash before/during the first boss, whereby the dogs would aggro when they were supposed to be sleeping, screwing us up. That said, we had Bloodworms (unavoidable bullshit) screwing us up for 50% of the tries anyway by ninja pulling an extra dog before/after the first boss (in-combat effects precious mana breaks, prepots etc). After the first boss at around ~2:45 he adds the talent in and changes his 4th tier for the rest of the dungeon where they're usable again. Any-one else thankful for changeable talents on-the-fly?
I never want to go back in there again. On video it looks simple, but by god...
