Fraps settings for hq YouTube vids

After upgrading my pc to a living beast I might start recording raids can anyone let me know the best settings for hq video for YouTube with fraps

in fraps just set it to full size and atleast 30 fps.
then when converting ur files, u want 1080p 30 fps pluss, and something like H.264 codec or something. lots of info online.
I prefer to use adobe premier to make movies, it makes a really good end product in terms of quality and size.
